MS Layout....thought I'd share

I did this page on May 3, 2008, before I was scheduled to see the MS specialist on the 7th. Basically I journaled about my journey up to that point and the various symptoms and doctor's appointments. Who know just how true that title would turn out to be by the end of the week...
