Frustrated!!

I have not been able to get my printer to cooperate with my Kodak software which translates into no pictures printed. I wanted to print my 12 on the 12th pictures...no luck....some standard size pictures of other things...no luck. I've updated all sorts of software, uninstalled and reinstalled hardware....nothing. Thus far my only result has been a great deal of frustration....but I'm not giving up yet.
